Barefoot Bodeez was originally only going to be about a different way to look at the health and fitness of your body. However I realise now that would be limiting as the information that I will share actually affects every part of your life and in fact everything and everyone around you too. It is now about life in general and living harmoniously, with awareness and lightheartedness. Of course, having practiced yoga for decades and having taught for many years, this body of ours is my favourite subject so lots of my posts will definitely be about my findings and experiences that could revolutionise the way you feel about your body and how to have your best possible relationship with it!
In case you hadn’t noticed the world is changing as we are awakening into our true selves. This is actually the most amazing opportunity we have been given but I know it can be a confusing time too! In my future blog posts I will aim to bring some information to you that may resonate with you – ie you may feel you have known it all along and you have been waiting for someone to confirm it to you. If it doesn’t resonate with you, it’s not for you, or maybe not for you right now! And that’s OK!
