Well I know it’s been awhile since I last posted but in the meantime I have been getting much more creative and have been as busy as a bee. So since then, instead of just talking mainly about yoga, I have decided to expand the subject matter of Barefoot Bodeez to more about creating an enjoyable lifestyle which of course includes having a healthy body. My preferred “exercise” so to speak has always been and probably always will be yoga as yoga is so much more than “exercise” – it can cover all bases if done with conscious awareness and love – to not only improve your health, mind and body, but affect (for the better) every other part of your life as well.
My yoga journey started very early for me i.e. at the age of 16 and of course, it has opened many, many doors and led me through to continual study about the universe and consciousness (part of which is now often referred to as mindfulness). Ever since that young age, I have been an avid searcher to find out more about who we really are and what we are here to do. My friends have often described me as a dog with a bone and not going to let go until I got to the bottom of it! If you have read my ebook, it includes reference to some of the journey I went on, experiencing or witnessing for myself, many miracles (and also falling down quite a few rabbit holes on the way) only to find the only thing I ever needed was right within me all the time – in my heart! In other words – it all comes down to LOVE! Until you actually totally get that, anything from the latest new diet or intense exercise program will only ever give you at best, short term results or none at all! This is even more prevalent if you drop out of the program as then that whole self-judgment and guilt cycle starts and that creates more havoc than you had before you started!
I have facilitated many, many bodies in my time whether it has been from teaching yoga and / or working energetically and of course I have experimented with my own body my whole life and continue to do so. I have seen much quicker results with bodies (particularly with my own) when working energetically than anything else and this is something that I try and share now in my Barefoot Bodeez yoga classes, instead of just thinking of it as a physical program as I witness so often today. Suffice to say, it all gets so much easier once you include LOVE into whatever you do especially when it comes down to the body!
I have been pondering about doing some workshops for some time on this but as it is an infinite subject and cannot actually be “taught”, (I can only introduce it to be personally applied and then experienced), I haven’t yet got the internal go-ahead to do it! That is the reason I wrote my ebook “The Simply Divine Way to Create your Ideal Body” as an introduction. The information in that book, if applied, can be a life changer and you won’t look back. It will save you an awful lot of money and an awful lot of rabbit holes! You may find you also become much more creative which is one of the changes that I have experienced, hence the expansion of Barefoot Bodeez website!
